We do our best to keep our shipping timelines as promised, but sometimes things outside our control might cause delays. If this happens, we'll be sure to let you know and keep you updated about when you can expect your delivery.
Shipping live products can be challenging. Occasionally, severe weather forecasts may cause us to delay shipping. In such cases, we will keep you informed as the health of your plants is our top priority.

Shipping times may vary during peak summer months due to heat. We're taking every precautionary measure to protect your plants and trees. We do this to ensure they spend as little time in transit as possible.

OUR PROCESS
Once we receive your order, your plants and trees typically leave our hands and head your way within 1-2 days. After leaving our facility, our shipping partner will take over to bring your order to your doorstep, which generally takes another 2-3 business days, depending on where you're located.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Simply Trees, we are deeply committed to the health and longevity of our plants and trees. We recognize the unique, fragile nature of living organisms, and our return policy reflects this understanding.
Return Restrictions: Given the fragile nature of living plants and trees, we have specific guidelines regarding returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the living nature of plants and trees. Instead of sending the plant back to us, we suggest you either plant it, compost it, or gift it to a friend or family member, helping in our collective effort to promote a greener world.
Contacting Us: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us without delay. Our team offers expert advice in an effort to help your plants thrive. Please email our team at sales@simplytrees.store.
Damaged On Arrival: At Simply Trees, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we take in packing our plants and trees. If a package arrives with severe damage, please refuse the delivery so it can be returned to us by the carrier. Should you accept a package and later find your plants damaged, we kindly ask you to file a claim with the carrier. For assistance or more information on filing a claim, please reach out to our customer service team.
If your plant or tree arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email them to us within 5 days of the delivery date as noted by our carrier. This period begins on the date our carrier reports as the delivery date and expires 5 days following that date. This documentation is crucial for us to assess the situation and offer you a solution.
Note that missing leaves or minor changes to the plants during shipping do not constitute damage, as these are expected parts of the acclimatization process. Plants or trees being slightly shorter than expected do not qualify as damaged and, therefore, cannot be returned.
30-Day Guarantee: At Simply Trees, we're committed to your satisfaction. If your plants arrive damaged or dead, please contact us within five days at sales@simplytrees.store with clear photos for assistance. Our 30-day guarantee covers issues after planting, subject to our terms and conditions. We can't cover plants in the wrong climate or with inadequate care, but we're here to help in other situations.
